There is a common trap in spiritual communities: the desire to escape by making it all about “helping others”. We look at the density of the physical world—the bills, the politics, the aches and pains—and we use spirituality, and healing, as an eject button. We meditate to float away. We focus entirely on doing for others rather than knowing ourselves.
But on the Path of the Mystic, we teach that leaving the body is easy. Staying in it is the master class.

At the heart of this vertical is our year-long deep dive: Spiritual Autonomy.
